Pursuant to dtie call and notice thereof, a regular (xpxx*xi) mecling
of the Village Council of the tlilinge of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 14th day of Sept. , 1971). The follow) ne members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth & Spaeth.
The following menbers erre absent: none

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-366
WHrRFAS, Mr. Harold Posnick, 340 Dakota Ave. S. requested
permission to install a plastic cover on his swimming pool.
N061 THEREFORE, RE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VIIJACE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to Mr. Harold Posnick to install a
plastic pool cover over the swimming pool at 3636 Lancaster Lane
for which a Conditional Use Permit is hereby issued.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: MaXor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
The following voted against none .
The'foll.owing abstained none
Whereupon the Pesolution erns declared duly passed and adopted.
