Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
14th day of September, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was
absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-365
WHEREAS, Mr. Paul 2eltin of Paul's Woodcraft requested approval
of his site plan for an addition to his facility at Fernbrook Lane near
the intersection of #494 and Highway #55.
NOW THEREFORE, 9E IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The site plan for an addition to Paul's Woodcraft, 2730 Fernbrook
Lane is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Removal of the parking stalls which are located in the 50' front
yard setback of the building along Fernbrook Lane.
2. Allow three more stalls west of the 35 shown along the south side
of the lot in such a location that they will not be in the front
yard setback area.
3. The removal of blacktop which has been placed in the front yard
setback for parking purposes and the replacing of said area with
sod and landscaping.
4. Allow parking west of the first and third additions in a location
which will not be in the front yard setback.
5. Remove the parking stalls along the east property line in the
setback area.
6. The owner is to submit revised plans including landscaping for
approval by Planning Consultant Bergh*.
7. The owner of the property is to have one year from date of granting
of the Conditional Use Permit to accomplish the required work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor llilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

the Village of Plymouth, 'Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 14, 1970,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and .oriplete transcript therefrom.
WINFSS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
