of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 14th day of September , 1974. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz Kindseth &- ftaeth.
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its'. adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.70-363
W11BREAS, Mr. Elroy Grambart, ,2301 Medicine Lake Drive, requested
a variance to the Zoning Ordinance:Building Code.
NOW TITERFFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVFI) BY THE VILLAGE COL{i:CIL OF THE
V711 -WE OF PLYriOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to valve the Zoning Ordinance Building
Code to p1low Mr. Elroy Grambart to: install two nine foot doors on
his garage he will build at 2301 Medicine Lake Drive.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hinta and upon vote being taken thereon;
the fallowing voted: in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson$
Hintz, OnAseth and Spaeth.

The following abstained, none
Whereupon the Resolutinn s�ras declared duly pas sed and adopted.
