HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-362VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of September, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindser_h and Spaeth. No one was absent. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-362 WHEREAS, Warren Chapman of 18B Balsam Lane North requested a Subdivision Waiver on Plat 44560, Parcels 6005, 6104 and 6106. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Tract A: ! That part of Lot 16, lying South of: the North 98.00 feet `( thereof, and the :North 63.25 feet of Lot 17, all in Block 4, "Shortline Acres", according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County. The East 98,25 feet of Lot 18, except, the South 88.16 feet thereof, Block 4, "Shortline Acres", according'to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the .Register I of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County. The Ea--. 98.25 feet of Lot 17, except the North 63.25 feet tl-sreof, Block 4, "Shortline Acres", according to the plat thyreof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County. Tract B: Lot 17, except the North 63.25 feet and the Fast 98.25 feet thereof, and Lot 18, except the South 92.25 feet and the Fast 98.25 feet thereof, All in Block 4, in "Shortline Acres", according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County. jPage 2, Res, No. 70-362 Tract C: The North 4.09 feet of the South 92.25 feet of Lot 18, except the East 98.25 feet thereof, Block 4, "Shoxtline Acres", according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County. That part of Lots 18 and 19, Block 4 in "Shortline Acres", f described as follows: All of Lot 19, except the East 98.25 feet and the South 94.3 feet thereof, also The South 88.16 feet of Lot 18, except the Gast 98.25 feet thereof, jAccording to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office ! of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County. Subject to a temporary easement and conditions as shown in deed Doc. #609712, Files of Register of Titles. And of the location of all buildings, thereon, and all visible encroachments, if any, from or on said land. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 14, 1010, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
