Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ma* meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, `•tinnesota was held
on the 14th day of September 197. The ;following members
t.ere present:_MMr Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Rindseth & Spaeth'.
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-360
WURPAS, Mr. William Benson, 11508 Highway #101 North requested
a subdivision waiver of Lot 32, Block 2, City View Acres

The request by Air. William Bensor. for a subdivision waiver on the
above said property is hereby denied,
The motion; for .the adoption of the f,regoing Resolution was duly
ueconded by Councilman.Johnsonand upon vote being taken thereon,
the followi.nF voted in favor thereof: i,:ayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Kindsexh and Spaeth
