RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR SIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the }
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
24th day of August, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Councilman Johnson
was absent.,
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-359
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on {
June 15, 1970, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications
for the improvement of 34th Ave•iue at Kilmer Lane easterly to the
service road of County Road #16 and has presented such plans and spec-
ifications to the Council for approval. (Project 764A)'
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE`VIU AGE COUNCIL, OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:.
1. Such plans and specifications, -a copy of which are attached
hereto and..made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted`
in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin
an advertisement for bids upon the making of such
improvement under such approved plans and specifications.
The advertisement shall be published for two weeks, shall
specifp t$a_work to be done, shall state that bads will i
be opined anA considered by the Council at 10:00:.A.M. on f
Septaoisr Il, 1970 in the council chambers, of the -Municipal f
Public Works Building, and that no bids will be considered
unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by
a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified
check payable to the Clerk for 52 of the amount of such
bid. ,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman KIndseth and upon vote being taken 'thereon,
the following voted in favor -thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon sail Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
