Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
1 Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
24th day of August, 1970. Thz following members were present:
Nayor:Hilde,-Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Councilman Johnson
was absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 358
WHEREAS, a list of election judges for the Village of Plymouth
primary election to be held September 15, 1970 has been appointed.
NOW THET.IFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH; that approval is hereby given for the following
list of election judges'

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duty
seconded by CounclIman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth,
Hintz and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and aeopte.d.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk, of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
August 24, 1970, with the original thereof on file in my office and
the sage is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom,
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 27th day of August, 1970.
