VILLAGE OF PLYM©UTR RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of August, 1970. The following members were present: i i 1 Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Kindseth and Hintz. Councilman Johnson was absent. *e* *e* *** Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved j its adoption: 1!{ RESOLUTION NO. 70-356 WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on - f June 15, 1970, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for installation of water and sewer in the east Parker's Lake area and has presented such plans and specifications with a recommendation on August 21, 1970 to delete said installation on 12th Avenue, 11th Avenue, Juneau Lane, Kingsview Lane all south of -12th 'Avenue from said' Project #70-1,0-8A, for Council's approval NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, with the recommended deletion made on Aug. 21, 1970, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improve- ment under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published: for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 10:30 A.M. on September 18, 1970 in the Council Chambers in the Public Works Municipal Building, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for 52 of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wes`duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the r{ following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Spaeth and Kindseth. No one voted against. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
