Pursusat to due call and notice thereof, a 1ap=3= (special) melting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 24th day of August 1970, The following members
wdre present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Spaeth & Kindseth
The follauing members .ere absent: Councilman Johnson
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:

published. .
N014 THEREFORE, lib IT HEREBY RESOT.Vrp BY THE VILLACE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE -OF PLYMourH:
The Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish the Treasurer's
Report dovering the year ending December 31, 1969 in the Village
Official paper.
The motion for the adopt'on of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindeeth , and upon vote beinz taken thereon,
the following voted in favor ther ef: MaZgr Hilda, Councilmen Hiner,
Hindeeth and Spaeth
The- fallowing voted against none
The following Abstained none
Mereupon the Pesolution was declared duly pnssed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that 1 have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a mm*= (special)
meeting of the Village Council of said Villafe held on Aug. 24,1970,
1970, with the original tlhereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates
