Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the r

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
24th day of August, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Councilman Johnson j
was absent.

Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 70--353
WHEREAS, Police Chief Hawkinson requested that an applicant for
reimbursement of monies spent by the Village for Peace Officer's

� Training be appointed.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. OF
i THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Plymouth Village Manager, Angus Crawford, is hereby. appointed
to act as the village representative for reimbursement of ianies
spent for Peace Officer's Basic Training of patrol officers and
all invoices for same should be submitted to the Finance Director
for his approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth
and Spaeth. Councilman Hintz had not as yet arrived in the council
chambers.
Whereupon the Resolution vias declared duly passed and adopted.

true and complete transcript therefrom.
