Pursuant to due call and notice` thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council.of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

17th day of August, 1970. The followir+g members were present: Mayor
Hilde, Counci,1*n Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was
t
absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its

adoption,

RESOLUTION No. 70-350

WHEREAS, the first Monday in September is a holiday so the
regular council meeting date must be changed.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGc COUiCYL OF THE

VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

The first Council meeting in September will he held on the 14th
of September due to the September 7th holiday.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution; was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken ncc

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,

Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
