The followir+g members were present: Mayor Hilde, Counci,1*n Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was t absent. `i Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its j adoption, 1 RESOLUTION No. 70-350 , }t WHEREAS, the first Monday in September is a holiday so the regular council meeting date must be changed. f� { t NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGc COUiCYL OF THE ! y VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: t o� The first Council meeting in September will he held on the 14th of September due to the September 7th holiday. 3 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution; was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken ncc I!{ { following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, i� Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
