The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was 1 absent. s Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: 4 j RESOLUTION NO. 70-348 ii WHEREAS, disbursements for the periods ending August 15, 1970 and i? August 17, 1970 require council approval, r 1 f� NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: i Approval is hereby given for the regular payroll didburaement for }� I� the period ending August 15, 1970 in the amount of $17,061.91, and Approval is hereby given for the General Fund disbursement in the PP y g i E amount of $42,968.73 for the period ending August 1.7, 1970, and i Approval is hereby given for the Construction and Sinking Fund disbursement in the amount of $856,580.94 for the period ending. August 17, 1970. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly f seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hil(te, Councilmen Johnson, $i Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
