Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

17th day of August, 100. The following members were present: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was

absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 70-348

WHEREAS, disbursements for the periods ending August 15, 1970 and

August 17, 1970 require council approval,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

Approval is hereby given for the regular payroll didburaement for
}�

the period ending August 15, 1970 in the amount of $17,061.91, and
Approval is hereby given for the General Fund disbursement in the PP y g i
E
amount of $42,968.73 for the period ending August 1.7, 1970, and
i
Approval is hereby given for the Construction and Sinking Fund
disbursement in the amount of $856,580.94 for the period ending.
August 17, 1970.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
f
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hil(te, Councilmen Johnson,

Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
