j Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
i
Village Council: of the Villa" of.Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of August, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor
Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was
absent.
Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-347
WHuREAS, several driveways need attention that were involved in
the Noyes' utility installation contract.
{ NOW THEREFORE., BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Acting Manager is 'directed to have all the driveways inspected
that were involved in the Noyes' contracts and have the real serious
ones dug up and gravelled in order that people may get in and out and

the expense reimbursed at the discretion of the Acting Manager.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,

Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one .voted against.
C Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, :Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village. held August 17, 1970, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
