Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of August, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Ki.ndseth and Spaeth. No one was
absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-346
WHEREAS, the Bass Lake Park site requires replanning and the agreement
requires renegotiation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE .IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Acting Manager is hereby directed to have the billage Planner .
proceed to replan the Bass Lake Park site through the design stage, and
the Manager Is directed to renegotiate the agreement concerning purchase
of the land and make a report concerning said agreement and replanning
to Council on October 5, 1970.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and. Spaeth. No one voted against. j
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, 1

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, riinnesota hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council, of said Village held August 17, 10,70, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
