VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on th 17th day of August, 1470. The following members were present: Mayor Ej Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindaeth and Spaeth. is } Al i e E No one was absent. i i t + Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution and moved its i! j adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-345 t WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has made certain recommendations to improve the green strip area of the 4 Seasons - Plymouth Plaza Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE. OF PLYMOUTH: The Acting Manager is hereby directed to proceed with the recommendations made by Engineer Hagen in his Memo #70-79 of August 11, 1970 with the exception of the areas which we will ask C. S. McCrossan, Inc. to finish and also provide;• adequate,watering to get the grass seed started. In the event McCrossan, Inc. does not cooperate within a reasonable tine the Village will do the work in Areas D and G with the view of charging the bonding company for the cost of said work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
