jPursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of t':�e
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
i7th day of August, 1970. The following members were present:

�1 Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-344
WHEREAS, a Change Order on the contract with Loeffel-Engstrand Co.
was requested.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH':

' Approval is hereby given for the Change Order covering a $140.00
i
j deduction on the Loeffel-Engstrand Co. contract for remodelling the

Plymouth Village hall.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
second by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Tiayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.

I, the undersigned, being :the duly qualified acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota; hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a
regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held August
17 1970, with the original thereof on, file in my office and the
same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 2nd -day of September, 1970.
