No one was absent. j Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and ;!moved its adoption: ! RESOLUTION NO. 70-343 }� WHEREAS, Mary Grapentin requested a variance of 88 feet to 1,000 feet minimum floor requirement for a construction at 2472 ock Lane North.. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL HE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTHa Approval is hereby given to waive the 1,000 feet minimum r requirement and grant a 88 foot variance .for Mary Grapentin of,, 1, Minnesota to build a home on Lot 7, Block 1, Elmhurst Addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was my seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, 'Ithe following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, ;{Mintz, Kindst:th and Spaeth.
