was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-342
WHEREAS, Lorraine Beam of 11625 Highway 155 requested a
Conditional Use Permit.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A Conditional Use Permit for Lorraine Beam is hereby approved
allowing her to operate:a beauty shop and perform dog grooming in
her residence at 11625 State Highway #E55.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

and complete transcript therefrom.
