HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-341VILLAGE OF PLY14OItM Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 17th day of August, 1910. The following members were present: j Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,.. Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No orie s was absent. j Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-341 WHEREAS, William J. Frank, 17325 24th Avenue North, requested a subdivision waiver on bots 4 and 5, Block 6, Sunny Acres Second Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1, That the requIraments of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, Page 497, Register of Ueeds, Hannapin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Tract A: Lot 4 and that part of Lot S. Block 6, Sunny Acres Second (; Addition, according to the plat thereof on fila and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Aaaaepin County, Minnesota, lying Northwesterly of the following j described linag Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 5; thence Southwesterly to a point on the West line of said Lot,5 distant 172.20 feet North of the most Southerly corner of said Lot 5, and said line there j teraiasting. Tract B: That part of Lot 5 except that part beginning at the North- west corner of said Lot 5; thence.south a distance of 46.50 feet along the westerly line of Lot 5; thence Northeasterly a distance of 226.74 flet to the Northeast corner of Lot 5 and thence back to the point of beginning. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson., and upon vote being taken thereon, the �1 $following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindeeth and Spaeth.
