Pursuant to due, call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Kindesth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

t WHEREAS, an agreement has been submitted covering the purchase
of gravel from Josigen, Inc. by the Village of Plymouth.

t NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBv RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF

THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.-
LYMOUTH:The
TheMayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement i011

for purchase of gravel by the Village of Plymouth from Jariagea, Inc-.

The motion for thea adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
i,
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and :Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the "Solution was declared duly passed. and adopted.
