Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the i

'+ Village Council"of the:Village of Plyp4outh, Minnesota was held on the
',:7th day of August, 1970. The following members were present:
;£Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson,; Hintz,;,Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
d sae absent.

;s Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-339 j

WEEMS, Mr. Paul F. Dow, Executive Director of the Met , Section
of the League of Minnesota Municipalities explained the purpose and
f'function of this organization.

NOW THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED 6Y THE VILLAGE COUNGII. OF �

THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

The Manager is hereby directed to take the necessary steps to
11 become a member of the Motto Section of the League of Minnesota

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
jfollowed voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hintz, Kindseth ;
and Spaeth. Councilman Johnson had not arrived in the council chambers.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

i 1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
