Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (-4xnxkvk) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota 'vas held
on the 3rd' day of Auguat , 1970. The follcnring members
cadre present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindsieth & Spaeth.
The following members here absent: none
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved.its' adoption:
F.ESOLUTION NO. 70-338

NOW TUERFFORE, RE IT HrREBY RESOLVED BY TME VILLAGE C AINCIL OF. T}IF.
VILL&GE OF PLYPiOMI:
Approval Is hereby granted for the regular payroll for
th6,period ending July 31, 1970 in the amount of
$19;111,32,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. -
The following voted against none
The foll.euing abstained none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pnsser and adopted.
