Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (xxxm di) meeting
of the Village Council of. the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 3rd day* of August , 1970. The fnllowing members
were present: Mayor Hilda* Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth b Spaeth.
The foll.orring members vere absent: none

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RE?SOLUTION rro. 70-337
WIIFRFAS, a study on the Timber Shores Site A was requested.
NOW TIIFRFFORE, BF. IT NFRFBY RESMAIrII BY TIM VILLAGE COUNCIL Of TITY
VILLAGE -OF PLYMOUTH:
The Village Planner is hereby directed to sake a study of the
Timber Shores Site A and submit his recommendation for an
alternate plan. Also, advise the village what the cost will
be for said study.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Ceuncilmpu , and upon vote being taken thereon,
