HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-336VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due: call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the 33r Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the ( 3rd day of August, 1970. The following members were present: I Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hints, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent. �*a *err ere Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its' adoption: RES'1Li`TION NO. 70-336 WHEREAS, a study of the 4 Seasons Area greenstripping was requested. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COWS A. OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 74e Acting Manager is hereby directed to adopt the following iters iii i°i:h respect to the 4 Seasons greenstripping area for study and report. Also, work closely with Councilmen Kindseth so that the work he and his committee did will be included in this study on Village's responsibility; 1. Provide a map of the total area in question. 2. Designate where dirt or fill is needed in this total area. 3. Designate what areas are to be graded and levelled. 4. Designate what areas are to be seeded. 5. Estimate what the current cost of the project will be for the village. (Capital improvement can be left until later.) 6. Estimate what cost is to be accepted by the developer. 7. Recommend course of action to be taken. 8. Estimate completion time for each part of the project. 9. Estimate the final completion date of the total project. 10. Report on future maintenance of the greenstripping areas and village's responsibility for them. Color code the wap and/or designata areas as a, b, c. Review post minutes for Council's previous study requests. This report to be prepared for the August 17th agenda. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Hilda, and upon vote beim taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Kindseth and Spaeth.
