Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (1Rttu ) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on tb,•3.-d day of August , 1970.The following oembers
were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth 6 Spaeth.
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and.moved Its' adoption:

A roval is hereby granted to extend the contract from Sept. 10,

area by Johnson Bros. Highway 6 Heavy Constructors, Inc. 1

'The motion"for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken the-reor,
the followi'n_g, voted in favor thereof:- Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindaeth and Spaeth.
