.VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Villages Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of August, 1970. The following members were present: f
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-334

WHEREAS, Anthony Kuzer and Helen E. Kuzer, 12315 County Road 99,
requested a subdivision waiver on Plat 43714, Parcel 8030.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That'the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January.10, 1966,• and filed on April
6, 1966, in'Sook 1035 of Miscellaneous Records.' -page 497,'
Register of Deads, Hennepin County`, Minnesota, relating to
the conveyanoe!of parcels of land .lees than five (5) acres
in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands:
Tract A:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 14, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the inter
.section..of the north line of said Northwest Quarterofthe South-
west Quarter and a line 162 feet'weaterly of, measured at right
angles to and parallel with, the east line of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence southerly parallel
with.the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter a distance of 420.14 feet; thence westerly parallel
with the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter a distance of 140 feet,; thence northerly parallel with
the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
a distance of 420.14 feet to said north line of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence easterly along said
north line a distance of 140 feet to the point of beginning,
except that part lying northerly of the centerline of C6unty
Road f9.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted ted in 'favor thereof. : Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindse.th and Spaeth. No one'voted against.
Whereupon the Pesolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting :of the Villige-Council of said Village held August 3, 1970,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcfipt therefrom insofar as the same relates to
a Resolution waiving subdivision requirements for Parcel 8030, Plat 43714.
