i Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

{ Village Council of the 'Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of August, 1970. The following membere were present:
Ii Mayor Hiide, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, &indseth and Spaeth. No one
! was absent. E
Councilman Kindseth'introduced the following Resolution and moved (�
its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 70-333 i
WHEREAS, Minneapolis Industrial Park requested a subdivision
} waiver for Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 2, MIP,

if NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
t THE VILLAGE OF PLYM UTH:
1. That the requirements of. Ordinance-No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth pawed on January 10, 1966, and filed on
} AFril 6, 1966, in Book 103.5 .of Miscellaneous Records,
page 497, Register of 1*oda, Hennepin County Minnesota,
relating to.'the con"yanee of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres it' area and 300'feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:

i Tract A:
All that part of Lota,l„ 2-and 3, Block 2, Minneapolis
Industrial Park lying 10 feet on each side of the following `rt
described center line to wit: Beginning at a point in the
_ Northwesterly line of Drew County Road %i distant 10 feet
Northeasterly. of the most Easterly corms. of Lot 2 in
said Block 3; thence Northwesterly parallel with the
Northeasterly liana of said Lot 2, a distance of 318.17 feet;
thence Yoiibvssterly on a tangential curve to the left, with
a radius of 630.97 feet, a distance of 689.46 feet to a
point 10 goat North of the North line of said Lot 2; thence

The motion for the adoption -of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Johnson, ,and .upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted': in favor. thereof:. Ma"r Rilde, Councilman Johnson, Hints,
Kindseth and Spaeth. No, one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution wen declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a
regular meeting of the VIII&AWXouncil of said Village hold August 3,
1970, with the original thereof on file in my office and, the same in
a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to a Resolution waiving subdivision requirements Lots 1, 2
and 3, Block 2, "I"neopolis ;Industrial Park.
WITNESS, My hand affitially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 24th day of August, 1970.
