The following membere were present: Ii Mayor Hiide, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, &indseth and Spaeth. No one ! was absent. E Councilman Kindseth'introduced the following Resolution and moved (� its adoption: ,r RESOLUTION NO. 70-333 i WHEREAS, Minneapolis Industrial Park requested a subdivision } waiver for Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 2, MIP, r i if NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF t THE VILLAGE OF PLYM UTH: 1. That the requirements of. The motion for the adoption -of the foregoing Resolution was duly r seconded by Councilman Johnson, ,and .upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted': in favor. thereof:.
