VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call: and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held or, the
3Rd day of August, 1970. The following members were present:

Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson. Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-332
WHEREAS, Mr. Ben Winkler, 17125 12th Ave, N. requested a subdivision
waiver on Lot 18, Block 2 City View Acres.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
i VILLAGE OF PtYlMTHs

1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1%69
in 'Book 2035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of
Dads, Hennepin County Minnesota. relating to, the conveymce of
parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in
width are hereby waivedasto the following described lands:
Tract A:
North half of Lot 18, Block 2, City View Acres.
Tract B:
South half of Lot 18, Block 2. City View Acres
The motion for the adoption'of the foregoing Resolution was duly
ssconded.by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
