Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 70-331

WHEREAS, Mr. Albert C. Nelson, 150 Kentucky Ave. N. requested a
subdivision waiver on Plat 43704, Parcel 1540.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERE$Y.RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That. the requirements'Of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed oW lanuary 10, 1966, and filed on
April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records,
page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
valved as to the following described lands:
Tract A:
That part of the West Ralf of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4,
Township 119,.Ranse 22, Hennepin County, Minpseota, lying North
of the South 660.90 foot thereof, and South of County Road 047,
and'East of.the West 716.00 feet thereof, and best of the East
324.00 feet thereof, subject to an easement for roadway pur-
poses over and across the Northerly 33.100 feet thereof.
Tract B:
That part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4,
Township 118,North, Range 220 West of the Fifth Principal
Meridien. lying South of County Road 047. Spbject to an easement
for roadway purposes over and across the Northerly and Easterly
33.00 feet thereof. Excipti that part of the Wast 341.00 fast
of the Wast Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4. Ding
North of the South 660.90 feet thereof, and South of County
Road 047. And except that part of the West Ralf of the North-
east Quarter of Section 4,_ lying North of the South°660.90 feet
thereof, aidSouth of Couety Road 047,' Past of°the best
716.00, feet thereof ,'"and, West of the bast 324,00 feet thereof,
subject to fort.roadway purposes over " across
the Northerly '33,00 feet thereof." And except therefrom that
pert of said West Half described as follows: Beginning at a

South along said last described line to the point of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of theforegoingResolution was duly
second by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson. Hintz,
Rir:dseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paseed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
:compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
westing of the Village Council of said Village held August 3, 1970,
with the original thereof on file in, my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
a Resolution waiving subdivision requirements for Parcel 1540, Plat
4 3704 .
WITNESS, Hy hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 24th day of August, 1970.
