Juan OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to dud call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
;Plymouth Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held €

on the 3rd day of August, 3, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintx, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and meed
its adoption:
} RESOLUTION NO. 70-330
WHEREAS, Mr. Larry J. Lage, 2030 Valders Avenue, Golden Valley,
!Minnesota requested a subdivision waiver on Lot 5, Block 1, Zinal
!Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, DR IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirawants of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth gassed'on,J�nuspy 10, 1966, and filed on
April.6, 1966,`in Book 1035 'of Miscellaneous Records,
page 497, Regidtett"of Deeds, Hennepin County Minnesota,
relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less thea
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
Tract A:
The North Half of Lot 5, Block 1, Zimal Addition, according
to the plat thereof on ,file and of record in the office of
the Register of Deeds, Hennepin'County, Minnesota.
Tract B:
The South Half of Lot 5, Block 1, Zinal Addition, according
to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of
the ReSiater of Deeds, Hennepin Count*, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Riots, Kindeeth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

It the undersigned, being the :duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village ofPlyrwut�t,',tinnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
f meeting of the Village. Council of said Village held August 3, 1970,
vith the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
a Resolution waiving subdivision requirements on Lot 5. Block 1,
Zlnal Addition.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 25th day of August, 1970.
