HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-329VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH � Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the j i Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the s 3rd day of August, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Milds, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Kindsoth and Sp-eth. No one was absent. AAA AAA AAA Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and sowed its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-329 Wi[EtEAS, Larry J. Lag* requested a variance of 29.25 feet of the required 110 foot lot width on Lot S, Block 1, Zimal Addition. NOW THEREFORE. BE 1T HEAEST RESOLVED ST THP. VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUT$t The request made by Larry J. Lege. 2030 Valders smear, Gore Valley, Minn. is hereby approved to waive the 110' lot width require- ment and grant a variance of 29.25 foot on Lot S, Block 1. tinai Addition. The motion for the adoption of the forergoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereafe Mayor Hilda, Coweeiimen Johnson, Kindseth sod Spaeth. No one voted against. Councilmen outs abstained. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. AAA AAA NA STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF "=WIN ) as.
