Pursuant to due call and i.itice thereof, a t;oard o' P, vier: r:ceting;
was held by the Village Council of the Village of Plyr-outh, Minnesota
on July 30, 1970. The following; members wore pres.znt: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.

Councilman Kindeath introduced the followltip Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTIO'1 NO. 70-320
WHEREAS, a reappraisal was made by the assessor on Plat 43890,
Parcel 6400.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COU11-CIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to reduce the assessed valuation on
Plat 43890, Parcel 6400 owned by Edward Meehan, 308 Vinewood
Lane Porth from $27,300 to $25,500.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: CoMaJIM Kindeath,
Jehneon. Blatz and Spaeth.
The following voted against: nose
The following abstained:Mayor Hilde left the council chambers earlier.
Whereupon the Resolution was de:-Iared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing, extract of the rinutes of the Board of Review
of said Village held on July 30, 1970, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete trans-
cript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution regarding
property assessed valuation.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village -this 12th day of August, 19'0.
