Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Board -of Review meeting
was held by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
on July 30, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson. Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. leo one was absent.
Couneilam Spaeth introduced the followi.nj; Resolution
and moved its adaption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-319
WHEREAS, a site inspection and reappraisal was made by

the assessor on Plat 43705, Parcel 3532.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTII:
The assessed valuation spade by tha assessor on Plat 43705, Parcel 3532,
owed by Howard Hunt, 172050 County Road #47 is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly .
seconded by Couaclsan Rima , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Couneilmn Blots, Johnson
and 'Spaeth.
The following voted against: Counctlan Kindeeth
The following abstained: Mayor Rilde left the council chambers earlier.
Whereupon the.Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

cript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution regarding
property assessed valuation.
