Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Board -of Review meeting
was hold by the Village Council of thy: Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
on July 30, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor }Tilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,`Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.

and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the assessor made a site inspection and reappraisal
of Plat 43723, Pareel 3000, at 2610 West Medicine Lake Drive.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COU2.CIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to reduce the market valuation
assessed on Plat 43723, Parcel 3000 owned by fess Gladys Rippe
to $86,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by GyAe���... jabnagg , and upon vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the Revolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that 1 have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of the Board of Review
of said Village hold on July 30, 1970, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete trans-
cript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution regarding
property assessed valuation.
