Pursuant to due call and notice thereof-. a Board -of Review meeting
was held by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
on July 30. 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson,, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Noone was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-.312 ---
WHEREAS, a reappraisal was sada by the assessor on Plat 43705,
Parcel 500.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
APprovai is hereby made to accept the taxable valuation assessed
on Plat 43703, Paresl SOO, owned by Mrs. Alyce E. Ciebsahain,
15920C Comty Road r47.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Cowell a4 Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon.
the following voted in favor thereof:
Coudeilsea Johnson, Hints. Kindasth and Spaeth.
The following voted against: noes
The following abstained: now
'Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
