Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Board-of Review meeting
was held by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
on July 30, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.

and moved its adoption:

WHERr:AS, a reappraisal by the assessor was meds on Plat 43706,
Parcel 3000; Plat 43730, Parcel 6700; Plat 43731, Parcels 2073,
5400, 1600 and 1800.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to accept the assessor's taxable
valuation wade on Plat 43706, Parol 3000; Plat 43730, Parcel 6700;
Plat 43731„ Parcels 2075, 5400, 1600 and 1800 owned by Laesencs I.
Elwell, 710 Farndale Lana North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by , and upon vote being taken thereon
the following voted in favor thereof:

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth,. Minnesota, hereby certify that i have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of the Board of Review
of said Village held on July 30, 1970, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is 'a full, true and complete trans-
cript therafrom'insofar as the same relates to a Resolution regarding
property assessed valuation.
