Pursuant to due call and notice thereof•, a Board -of Review greeting
was held by the Village Council. of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
on July 30, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Vilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councilmen Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and movedd its adoptions

WHEREAS, a reappraisal was nada by the assessor on
Plat 44130, Parcel 4400.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
j Approval is hereby given to reduce the assessed valuation on
Plat 44150, Parcel 4400 owned by Anne Duggan, 17810D Sth
