{ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Board -of Review meeting
was held by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
on July 30, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councilmen sate introduced the follc•-Ing Resolution
and moved its 'adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-311
WHEREAS, reappraisal by the assessor was made on Plat 43716,
Parcel 8420.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY HE VILLAGE. COU14CIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for the taxable valuation assessed
on Plat 43716, Parcel 8420 owned by Mrs. Agnes Sebaidt, 4335
Farabrook Lana.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

'Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

cript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Re-,olution regarding
property assessed valuation.
