Pursuant=to'due call are notice thereof-, a Board -of Review mnetirg
was held by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
on July 30, 1970. The follow -Ing members were present: Mayor itilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Noone was absent.

Councilman Johnegn introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 70-309
WHEREAS, a site inspection and reappraisal of Plat 44355,
Parcel 2400 was made by the assessor.
NOW THEREFORE., BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The "seamed valuation on Plat 44355, Parcel 2400 owned by
Donald Praley, 1469 Larch Lane is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by CbuaCili Rindmmth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: N nr gilds. Couneilinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared :the foregoing extract of the minutes of the Board of Review
of said Village held an July 30 1970, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same 19-a full. true and complete trans-
cript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution regarding
property assessed valuation.
