Pursuant to due call and noticethereof, a Board•of Review meeting
was held by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
on July 30, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
iCouncilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.

and moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO.7n_am
WHEREAS, a site inspection. and reappraisal was lade by
the assessor on Plat 44190, Parcel 3800.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The assessor's assessed valuation on Plat 44190, Parcel 3800
owned by Joss B. Cohen, 4403 Dunham Drive, is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by f,t}ueeii+�e)e Man , and upon vote being taken thereon,

The following abstained: nate
Whereupon the Resolution was declareddulypassed and adopted.

cript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution regarding
property assessed valuation.
