Pursuant to'due.call,and notice thereof., a Board -of Review meeting
was held by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
on July 30, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Bilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Y.indseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.

and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION' NO. 70„
WHEREAS. a site inspection and reappraisal was ends by the
Assessor on Plat 44217, Parcel 2800.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COU%CIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Ths Alnessor's assessment valuation spade on Plat 44217,
1PArea1 280, owned by Paul S. Walton, 3110 Shadyview Inns
is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: mass "Las.

Whereupon the Resol-stion was 'eclared duly passed and adopted.

cript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution regarding
property assessed valuation.
