Pursuant to ,due call and notice: thereof, a Board -of Review meeting
was held by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
on July 30, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Ililde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Rindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Couneilmo Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. play
WHEREAS, the assessor cads a site inspection and reappraisal
of Plat 43881, Parcel 6900.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUR:-IL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby Bade for the assessor's sasesssâ–şsnt
valuation isade on Plat 43881, Parcel 6900 owned by Mr. John
draylay, 12310 Highway 055.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by _ Councilwsp Kindseth and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Rilde, Couseilms
Johniob. Rindeeth and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of the Board of Review
of said Village hold on July 30, 1970, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete trans-
cript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution regarding
property assessed valuation.
WITNESSj fly hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 12th day of August, 1970.
