Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Board of Review meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, lHinnesota was held on
the 30th day of July, 1970. The followimg members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was
absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
( adoption:
{ RESOLUTION IN0. 70-304
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, "innesota
has examined the Assessment Roll for 1970, and
WHEREAS. the Village Council wishes to express it's concern and
I protest with respect to the increased valuations.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF

THE VILLAGE OF PLYFtOUTH:
1. The values of the Assessor's Assessment Roll for 1970 is
hereby approved subject to the certified changes made by
the Local Board of Review, and
Z, The Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
wishes to register it's concern and protest with respect
to the increased valuation which shall not be construed an
a potential source of increased revenue for unnecessary and
capricious budgeting, and
3. Furthermore, we hope it becomes the intention of all governing
bodies to decrease mill rates inversely to the increased
valuation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereat: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth
and Spaeth, Tkis following voted against: None. The following abstained:
Mayor Hilda left the Council Chambers earlier so was not present to vote.
WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly pessed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully con, ared
the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of the Board of
Review held on the 30th day of July, 1970, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete tran-
script therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 3rd day of August, 1970.
