of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held

N/_14d THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL Or THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOVM:
Authorisation is hereby liven to valve the five year ass"wasat
on the pwy'w t and extend the period to ten years as requested
by Mr. Ray Harric of the west sank Industrial lark for .ucking
on 25th Avenue and Chostre subject to receipt of a waiver of the
Public hearing froom Mr. Harris.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Coulcilsisn 8 Gth and upon vote beinw taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof; Maios ]tilde, Councilmen
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth.

Whereupon the Resolution waF. declared duly pnsned and adopted.
