Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a (npecial) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, 'Minnesota was held
on the 27th day of Jul]► , 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Kindseth & Spaeth
The following members were absent Councilman Hints

Mpyor Hilda introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:

WHSRd:As, the improvement to improve 54th Avenue was dented.
NOW THEREFOP.E, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED 8Y THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYHOUTAt
The Actin Aboager In hereby directed to send a letter to
Welsos Land i Realty Company, informing Mt. Helios of Council's
desire nQt to proceed with the improvement hearing for 54th Avenue.
Also, that we will valve the platting ordinance requirement as far
as concrete curb,'Eutter and blacktop surfacing on 54th Avenue
adjamt to him plat is concerned.
The muton for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution vias duly
seconded by CM..e�1�a fnl.w�p� , and upon vote Nein- taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Johnson.
