ORDERING ADVWISDZNT FOR BIAS

Pursuant to doe call and, notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was bald on the
27th day of July, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilman Johnson, Kind seth and Spaeth. Councilman Mugz was absent.

fCouncilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-299
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Villago Council on
July 27, 1970, the Village Engineer has prepared pians and specifications
for Street Improvement Project #70-8C and has presented such plana and
specifications to the Cauacii for approval.
NOW TBERETOEE, EB IT RUMVER BY THE VILLAGE COOUCLL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached
hereto and spade a part hereof, or- hereby approved.
The Village Clerk shall prepare and Cause -to be .Inserted In
the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an
adviorti.ssmat for bids iron the asking of. such Improvement
under such`approyed,plans and specifications. The adwrtias-
sent`shall`he published for two weeks, shall specify the
work to be dose, shall *tat* that bids will be a sed
considsred'by the Council at 10;00 A.M. C.a.S.T on Friday,
August 21 1970 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal
Public forks Building, and that no bids will be coasidersd
unless aesled and filed with the Clark and aceomptaaied'by
a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified
aleck payable to the Clark for 52 of the mount of such bid."
Thi motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by 'Councilman xindeeth and upon vote being taken therson,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,
Rindsath and Spaeth. `thereupon said Resolution was declared duly
pasasd and adopted.

i, the undersigned, being the duly qualified acting clerk of the
i Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special
meeting of time Village Council of said Village hold July 27, 1970, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to Project #70-8C.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 11th day of August, 1970.
