Pursvaat to due call and notice thereof a regular
meeting of tbo Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was
held on July 20, 1970 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway
No. SS, ComminCift at 7:50 o'cloc* p.m4 The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and
Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Johnson.

QoumQilasn Hintz introduced the following resoltution
and moved its adoption:

RE IT mnjW REDMVSD BT THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THS
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary, proper
and expedient and in the interest of the public
health, convenience and general welfare of the
citizens of the Village of Plymouth tp aoqu re
for soadway construction purposes the property
described in Schedule "A" attached hereto,
located within the Village of Plymouth, County
of Hennepin, State of Minnesota.
2. The Mayor and Village Attorney of the said Village
of Plymouth are bersby authorized to acquire said
lands for the aforementioned purpose and to take
any and all legal steps necessary to snob pro-
eeedings.'
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Spaeth
;and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
;thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hints, Kindeeth and Spaeth.
,The following voted against: Hone.
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
