Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (:t0m** *j meeting
of the Village Council of the Villa --e of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
an the 20th day of July 1974. The following members
trete present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth &Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Johnson

Police Chief Hawkinson recommended No Parking signs

be placed in the vicinity of 38th Avenue or 39th:Avenue on
Lancaster Lane.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CntTNCTL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLY1?OLTR:
It is hereby directed that No Parking.signs as recommended
by.Pglice Chief Hawkinson be installed on both sides of
Lancaster Lane at 38th and 39th Avenues.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the fallowing voted In favor thereof: CouncilmenHintz, Kindseth
and Spaeth
The following voted against none
The following abstained Mayor Itilde left the council chambers earlier
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dt.7v pnssed and adopted.
