of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held,
on the 20th day of Juix 1970. The following members

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its': adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 7ti-2$8
WHEREAS, a Change Order for C. s. McCrossan, Inc„ was requested.
Noll `THEREFORE, BF. IT HEREBY BY TIIE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF THF.
VILLAGE OF PLY11OUTH:
Approval is hereby given for the Change Order in the
amount :f -4,769,00 on the contract held by C. S. McCrossan,
Inc. covering street surfacing in Ivanhoe woods,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
secunded by Councilman Hints , and upon vote tieing taken thereon,'
