Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (fjwmfx ) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the ?nth day of _ UI , 197n. The following members
kcre present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Johnson
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved.its' adoption:
RE1130I.11TIOit NO. 72- 87
WHEREAS, a change order on the contract held by Peter Lametti
Construction Co. has been requested for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE; VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILIJAGE OF PLrMOC"TH:
Approval is hereby given for Change Order #1 on the contract
held by Peter Lametti Construction Co. for construction of
the Northeast Interceptor in the amount of $4500.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Kindseth and Spaeth
The following voted -against none
The following abstained
none
Irnereupon the Pesolution was decl^red duly passed and adopted.
